Identification When you visit our clinic online, we require you to identify yourself with valid identification, such as an ID card, driver’s license, or passport.

When Can One Do a Video Consultation? Regardless of which plastic surgery procedure or area you are interested in, you can book a video consultation with us. Sometimes, a follow-up visit at the clinic may be necessary to address additional questions or to conduct a physical examination. This additional visit is free of charge for you.

What Happens After My Video Consultation? After your video consultation, you will have time to consider whether you want to book surgery or not. If you decide to undergo surgery, you can book an appointment directly during the consultation.

Once you have booked your surgery appointment, we will send all relevant information to you, including date, time, payment, and preparations. Please let us know what type of information you prefer to receive and how you would like to receive it – via mail or email.
